Please note we don’t take bookings for:
Birthday parties for under 18s are not allowed. Parties for ages 18-25 are allowed but only if you are a club member and have permission from the management team. Please call us to ask
Our function rooms can only be hired if bar purchases are made to support the club.
OUR ROOMS
CONCERT ROOM
The concert room is our largest and most spacious function room, and can hold up to 350+ people
SHEEHan LOUNGe
Our Sheehan Lounge is our newest and most popular room, fitting up to 150+ people.
LITTLE LOUNGE
A small cozy room beside the main bar, fits up to 50+ people.
Catering
We offer in house catering from from various people in the club all with a 5 star food hygiene rating and we also team up with TK’s Cafe for a hot roast sandwich buffet!

Our in-house caterer, Lynne, can provide a simple yet delicious cold buffet that includes all your usual favourites such as sandwiches, pork pie, sausage rolls, quiche, wraps, and many more tasty options!
Prices start from just £6.50 per head, and we recommend catering for a little over half of the expected number of guests to ensure there is enough for everyone without too much waste.
Please note that the £50 booking fee paid at the time of reservation can be put towards the cost of this buffet service.

Our in-house caterer, Lynne, can also for an extra £1 per head (£7.50), enjoy a hot option in addition to the cold buffet previously offered.

We can recommend a fantastic hot roast buffet with TK’s Cafe, who are based in Rotherham. They offer amazing hot roast sandwiches with your choice of beef, pork, or chicken, ensuring a delicious and satisfying meal for your guests. In addition to the hot sandwiches, TK’s Cafe will also provide a standard cold buffet alongside this.

For very large bookings they also offer a hog roast, please ring for prices.

We don't have a resident DJ but can recommend trusted DJs we work with. Just ask when booking your room for their contact details. You can also bring your own DJ, but they must have public liability insurance. They will need to be able to show a certificate if there is any damage or injury at the event.

All our function rooms depend on availability. To check availability, please fill the form out below to email us or call the club on 01142313151. If the room is available, you can visit, look around, and reserve. If we don’t receive a deposit a week after your reservation then the club has the right to take another booking.
A £200 cash deposit is needed to secure your room booking. There is also a £50 (cash) room fee, which can be used towards our in house catering. If you provide your own catering, the club keeps the £50 as a room fee.

You can collect your deposit back on the Sunday after your event, between 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm only. Keep your deposit receipt and bring it with you to get your deposit back.
