Please note we don’t take bookings for:

  • Birthday parties for under 18s are not allowed. Parties for ages 18-25 are allowed but only if you are a club member and have permission from the management team. Please call us to ask

  • Our function rooms can only be hired if bar purchases are made to support the club.

OUR ROOMS

The concert room is our largest and most spacious function room, and can hold up to 350+ people

Catering

We no longer provide catering services directly from the club; however, we are happy to recommend a variety of excellent buffet options from fantastic local establishments. One popular choice is TK’s Cafe, known for their delicious hot roast sandwich buffet, perfect for any event.

  • We can recommend a fantastic hot roast buffet with TK’s Cafe, who are based in Rotherham. They offer amazing hot roast sandwiches with your choice of beef, pork, or chicken, ensuring a delicious and satisfying meal for your guests. In addition to the hot sandwiches, TK’s Cafe will also provide a standard cold buffet alongside this.

    For very large bookings they also offer a hog roast, please ring for prices.

We don't have a resident DJ but can recommend trusted DJs we work with. Just ask when booking your room for their contact details. You can also bring your own DJ, but they must have public liability insurance. They will need to be able to show a certificate if there is any damage or injury at the event.

Let's Book It!

All our function rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. To check availability, please complete the form below to email us or call the club directly on 0114 231 3151.

If the room is available, you are welcome to visit the club, view the space, and proceed with reserving it. Please make an appointment to meet with a member of staff to book the room—do not visit unannounced expecting to book on the spot.

A deposit is required within two weeks of your reservation. If we do not receive it, the club reserves the right to accept another booking in your place. The deposit amount will be confirmed by management, depending on your event specifics. The deposit is a minimum of £200 for the room and we additionally require a £50 room hire fee which is payable at the time of booking.

We strongly advise you to read our terms and conditions carefully. As the lead booker, you are responsible for ensuring all guests understand and adhere to these rules. Any breaches may result in immediate closure of your event and forfeiture of your deposit or any fees paid.

Bonds (deposits) can be collected no earlier than 24 hours after your event, when the Secretary is available in the office. Please call or email ahead to confirm. Remember to keep your deposit receipt and bring it with you to facilitate the return of your deposit.
