Concert Room
The concert room is our largest function room and is where our bands perform on Saturdays. The concert room is hireable on Friday nights and Sunday nights but we only hire out for large parties. It is also available midweek but will need to be agreed by the club’s secretary and in some cases taken to a committee meeting. The concert room has the capacity to hold up to 350 people, the room has an area for a dance floor with disco lighting, a stage where the DJ normally sets up and plenty of room to set up a buffet.
Sheehan Lounge
The Sheehan Lounge is now our main function room which holds around 150 people seated on two tiers. The bar is located on the bottom area. The lounge is available to hire throughout the week and at the weekends, the room is mainly used for wakes midweek and parties at the weekend. The bar in the lounge is much smaller so if there are any requests for certain bottles or spirits that we offer to be stocked up in the fridges or shelves then we are happy to help with this to make your event run as smoothly as possible.

Catering
We can offer catering for all occasions, funerals, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and many more…
Our caterer is fully qualified with a up to date 5 star hygiene rating, prices start from £6 a head and all this can be discussed upon room hire.
Alternatively, you are welcome to sort your own catering arrangements however the club takes no responsibility for any issues with outside catering.
DJ
We have a resident DJ at the club ‘Forever Ska’d’ ran by Glynn we can organise hiring Glynn when you book your room. The charge for hiring our DJ for the night is £150 and is subject to availability.
You are again also free to hire and bring along your own DJ but we don’t accept DJ’s who don’t have public liability insurance. A certificate will need to be shown upon booking as this covers for any accidents that may cause damage to our venue and more importantly any injury to any person at a event.
Other services
Things like photo booths, sweet trolleys are also allowed but must be discussed with the club and agreed upon when booking of the room.
Hiring one of our function rooms
All our function rooms are subject to availability, the concert room is available at all times except Saturday evenings and our Sheehan lounge is available at all times, subject to availability.
For availability please contact the club on 01142313151. If the room is available then you will be invited to come and look around and to fill in a function room hire form where all the information you need will be provided.
Our function rooms are free to hire but a deposit of £200 is taken in case of damage, violence or excessive mess. If you are found to have brought your own alcohol in to the premises too this will also lead to a forfeit of your deposit. You must also sign up to be a member of our club if you are not already.
Your deposit will be able to be retrieved a week after your event and on a Sunday night between 7:30pm and 8:30pm. The receipt we provide to you when you pay your deposit must be kept safe and brought back to us when receiving your deposit back.
